{"id":7241,"date":"2017-10-29T07:20:13","date_gmt":"2017-10-29T06:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chiller.at\/?p=7241"},"modified":"2017-10-21T17:48:48","modified_gmt":"2017-10-21T15:48:48","slug":"krautrisotto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.chiller.at\/?p=7241","title":{"rendered":"Krautrisotto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Die Krautsaison ist er\u00f6ffnet und wir sind gro\u00dfe Krautfleckerl Fans, doch sollte hin und wieder Abwechslung her und so fand ich einen Krautsch\u00e4dl im K\u00fchlschrank und habe mir gedacht, dass ich eigentlich schon lange keinen Reis mehr hatte, daraus ist dann etwas K\u00f6stliches entstanden&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nRezept f\u00fcr 6-8 Personen<br \/>\nKochzeit: ~1-1,5h<br \/>\n[spoiler show=&#8220;Zutaten&#8220; hide=&#8220;Kompakt&#8220;]Einen Wei\u00dfkraut-Kopf<br \/>\nZwei mittlere Zwiebel<br \/>\nPflanzlicher Butter-Ersatz<br \/>\ngeh\u00e4ufter Teel\u00f6ffel zersto\u00dfener schwarzer Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<br \/>\nEin gro\u00dfer Schuss Wei\u00dfweinessig<br \/>\n3 Gem\u00fcse-Suppenw\u00fcrfel (ohne Glutamat)<br \/>\n5 mittlere Erd\u00e4pfel<br \/>\n2x250ml Tassen Rundkorn Reis<br \/>\n200g K\u00e4se (z.B. Mischung Bergk\u00e4se mit Parmesan)<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\n[\/spoiler]<\/p>\n<p>Wir starten damit den Kopf zu zerteilen und den Strunk zu entfernen, anschlie\u00dfend das Kraut in kleine St\u00fcckchen zu schneiden und in einem gro\u00dfen Topf mit geschmolzenem pflanzlichen Butterersatz zu d\u00fcnsten. W\u00e4hrendessen schneiden wir die Zwiebel klein und d\u00fcnsten diese anschlie\u00dfend ebenfalls mit dem Kraut. Nun geben wir einen ordentlichen Schuss Wei\u00dfweinessig hinzu. Nebenbei sch\u00e4len wir die Erd\u00e4pfel und w\u00fcrfeln sie, mischen sie anschlie\u00dfend mit Reis, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Suppenw\u00fcrfeln im Topf unter. Sofort geben wir zuvor erhitztes (70-100 Grad) Wasser hinzu, bis wir die Masse leicht bedecken. Auf niedriger Hitze so lange k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Reis al dente ist.
