Extra f\u00fcr euch gleich nochmal gekocht, damit es auch ein paar Fotos dazu gibt \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[spoiler show=&#8220;Zutaten Salsa&#8220; hide=&#8220;Zutaten Salsa&#8220;]3\/4 Zwiebel<br \/>\n10 Cherrytomaten (etwas mehr als Zwiebel)<br \/>\nOrdentlich Basilikumbl\u00e4tter, frisch<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\nChilischoten[\/spoiler]<br \/>\n[spoiler show=&#8220;Zutaten Guacamole&#8220; hide=&#8220;Zutaten Guacamole&#8220;]1\/2 bis ganze Limette<br \/>\n1\/4 ital. Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n2 reife, weiche Avocados<br \/>\n1\/4 Zwiebel<br \/>\n3-5 Cherry-Tomaten<br \/>\n6-8 Bl\u00e4tter frischer Basilikum<br \/>\n1-2 Chilischoten[\/spoiler]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los geht es mit der Guacamole<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Avocado halbieren, den Kern herausl\u00f6sen und anschlie\u00dfend mit einem L\u00f6ffel das Fruchtfleisch in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Die halbe Limette hinzu ausquetschen und anschlie\u00dfend mit einer Gabel zu einen Avocado-Limetten-Brei zerdr\u00fccken. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Chili und Tomaten m\u00f6glichst klein und fein schneiden und den Basilikum hacken. Anschlie\u00dfend alles vermischen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und bei bedarf noch etwas Limette abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mit Zerkleinerei zur Salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je feiner der Zwiebel desto besser, 1x1mm bis 2x2mm W\u00fcrfel sind ideal, daf\u00fcr braucht man ein scharfes Messer und Geduld. Mit dem Trick, die ersten Schnitte nicht zu komplettieren geht es einfacher (siehe Foto) &#8211; einfach die Wurzeln dranlassen, damit h\u00e4lt der Zwiebel l\u00e4nger zusammen. Auch die Tomaten und Chili m\u00f6glichst klein schneiden. Den Basilikum hacken und anschlie\u00dfend alles vermischen. Nach ein paar Minuten ziehen das Wasser abseihen und auch ein wenig mit Dr\u00fccken nachhelfen, denn zu fl\u00fcssig schmeckt die Salsa nicht so gut.<\/p>\n<p>Normalerweise nimmt man statt Basilikum Koreander, den habe ich aber nicht wirklich bekommen also einfach etwas Neues ausprobiert und ich mag diese Variante. Die Sch\u00e4rfe l\u00e4sst sich ebenfalls ganz gut variieren, je nach Bedarf einfach mehr oder weniger Chili bzw.
