Ich habe versucht es nachzuahmen und es ist mir dank eines <a title=\"Seeni Sambol\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0Hjg3oTSJvc\" target=\"_blank\">Youtubevideos<\/a> halbwegs gelungen. Nachdem es mir recht gut schmeckt, m\u00f6chte ich es nicht vorenthalten<\/strong>!<br \/>\nVorbereitungszeit: 5 Min<br \/>\nKochzeit: ~10 Min<br \/>\n[spoiler show=&#8220;Zutaten&#8220; hide=&#8220;Zutaten&#8220;]500g Zwiebel<br \/>\n5 Kardamomsamen<br \/>\n1\/2 Zimtstange (~3cm) oder Pulver (in Ma\u00dfen ~1\/4 TL)<br \/>\n20 Currybl\u00e4tter (am besten Frisch, ich hatte nur getrocknete)<br \/>\n1\/4 TL Kurkuma<br \/>\n1-3 EL Chiliflocken<br \/>\n1,5 EL Zucker<br \/>\nSalz[\/spoiler]<\/p>\n<p>Ziwebel halbieren und in Scheibchen schneiden.<br \/>\nKardamom und Zimtstange im M\u00f6rster aufbrechen (Zimt nach Lust und Laune zerkleinern) und anschlie\u00dfend gemeinsam mit den Currybl\u00e4ttern kurz in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l anr\u00f6sten. Danach die Zwiebel dazumischen, salzen und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren glasig anbraten. Kurkuma hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles auf mittlerer Hitze br\u00e4unen (st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren). Danach Chiliflocken und Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen. und je nach Geschmack Wasser beimengen (damit es ein wenig sauciger wird).<\/p>\n<p>Was gibts dazu?
